2 mango medium mangoes, 1 cup grated coconut, 1 cup dessicated coconut, ½ cup condensed milk, 2 tbsp ghee, ½ tsp cardamom powder, ½ cup nuts and seeds.

To begin with this easy recipe, wash, peel and cut the mangoes.

Now, take a blender and make a smooth pulp of the mangoes.

Meanwhile, heat ghee in a non-stick pan and add the mango pulp and cook for 4–5 minutes on medium flame until it thickens and the moisture evaporates.

Reduce the heat and add in condensed milk and cardamom powder, keep cooking this mixture. Transfer this mixture to a bowl.

Once the mixture turns thick, add in the dessicated coconut and save some for rolling the laddoos.

Add in the nuts and dry fruits to the ladoo mixture after crushing them. Apply ghee on hands and make the laddoo rolls once the mixture cools down a bit.

Roll the laddoos over dessicated coconut, seasame seeds and enjoy.
