Ingredients required

200 gms paneer, 1 tbsp black pepper powder, 4 tbsp oil, 1/4 cup cream, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 tsp garam masala, salt to taste, 2 cups onion, 1/2 cup cashew nuts, 4 garlic cloves, 1 tsp ginger, and 2 tbsp coriander leaves

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion, garlic, ginger, and cashew nuts for 1 minute.

Let it cool down and blend into a smooth paste.

In the same pan, add more oil and add the onion and cashew paste. Cook for 3-5 minutes and keep stirring.

Add cream, milk, garam masala, and pepper powder. Mix well and cook for 4 minutes.

Add paneer cubes and salt to taste. Gently mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
